Reserving the camper

Your dates are reserved as soon as the website confirms a reservation reference. They are removed from availability for other guests. First stays are planned from April 2027. Every reservation is conditional on the camper being completed and ready for hire in time for your trip.

Payment

Nothing is charged when you reserve. We will email to request a 25% hire deposit from February 2027 to confirm the booking. We will explain how to pay and the payment deadline in that email. There is no automatic card charge and no deposit-request email is sent by this reservation form.

The remaining hire balance is due at collection. A separate £500 refundable security deposit is held at collection and returned within seven days, subject to the agreed hire conditions.

Price and what is included

The website calculates each occupied night at its seasonal rate and saves the total shown when you reserve. The return day is not another charged night. Bedding, towels and kitchen utensils are included. Campsite pitches, fuel and excess mileage are separate. The mileage allowance is 200 miles per day, capped at 500 included miles for the whole hire. Mileage above that allowance is charged at 25p per mile.

Where you can travel

The camper is for UK travel only. It must not be taken abroad.

If the build is delayed

If the camper is not ready for your booked trip, you can choose replacement dates or cancel for a full refund of any hire payments made to Aventura. We will contact you if your trip is affected. Campsites and activities are booked separately with their operators; consider their cancellation terms before making separate commitments.

Changing or cancelling

Before paying the hire deposit, you can cancel without charge. Reply to your confirmation email, quoting the reference. After paying a deposit, the existing cancellation policy applies: 30 or more days before collection, a full deposit refund; 14–29 days, 50%; within 14 days, no deposit refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Collection and return

Collect from 2 pm in Aspatria and return by 10 am. Collection directions are arranged privately before handover. A weekend is Friday–Monday, midweek Monday–Friday, a week Friday–Friday, and ten nights Friday to the Monday after next.

Driver checks

Drivers must be aged 25 or over and hold a full UK or EU category B licence for at least two years. Hire remains subject to driver and insurance checks. We will arrange these before handover and contact you if they affect your reservation.

Questions

Email sales@aventuracampervanhire.co.uk and quote your reservation reference. We do not automatically cancel unpaid reservations; we will contact you when a deposit is requested.
